Chef Joseph's background includes Adjunct Associate Professor at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts online and executive positions at Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon, The Fairfield Princess Resort and Spa and Cedars Sinai Hospital. He's served as Vice President and Certification Chair of the American Culinary Foundation Southern California Inland Empire Chefs and Cooks Association and was the Academic Director of the Art Institute of California-Inland Empire.
